The Workplace Mental Health Session
Available in your office, regional town or on your mine sites. These super-engaging visits are designed to get your people talking while giving them actionable tools to improve their mental health. All regional and FIFO site visits include open and safe one-on-one chats, as well as a short report on our observations.
Sessions range from 30-90 minutes, depending on the time you have available.
The 2-Day Mental Health First Aid Course
Learn how to identify mental health issues in others and conduct healthy conversations that lead to successful referrals and support. Facilitated by a certified MHFA instructor (Corey or Bec), either on-site, regional or CBD.
Minimum 6 people per class, maximum of 20.
The FIFO Leader Mastermind
An ongoing mastermind for FIFO leaders looking to become emotionally intelligent, engage in mental health conversations with confidence and create psychologically safe teams.
You'll have access to our team via weekly group coaching calls, where you'll get to debrief, ask for support and learn from other FIFO leaders.
The Keynote Talk
Perfect for conferences and forums, these talks take a more formal approach (no suits and ties though, sorry). We work with you to deliver content that has the messaging and direction you feel works best for your team. These talks can range from 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your preference.
The Circuit Breaker Series
Our flagship offering with three sessions rolled out one after the other, 1-2 months apart. The Circuit Breaker Series allows us to build session upon session, giving your team a clear insight into the brain, stress, effective stress management, change
creation and value-driven behaviour.

Drawing from personal experience, we facilitate open and safe conversations (not therapy) where your team can freely express their concerns. We create opportunities for those struggling to find the help they need (we're experts at referrals) before they reach a breaking point and quit unexpectedly, miss flights, experience a decline in performance, or engage in risky behaviour.
